Reloading data

Hi I am from northwestern Canada and have been reloading bullets and getting and saving data on the rounds for over 25 years. That statement makes reloading sounds like it is a job, and it can be at times but I can get with friends and still enjoy a few hours at the relaoding bench.

The good part of keeping my own Reloading data is it makes the rifle way more accurate when I have form fitting brass. That means once fired from my rifle. It makes a huge difference in precision reloading accuracy when you have your bullet depth correct and your reloading brass all form fit for your own rifle. Most people get into reloading for the saving and stay for the accuracy.

I have found just keeping reloading manuals for the data they hold is great but before you can get your gun to a best round for the rifle you will have to keep your own reloading data and see all the differences in rounds, bullets and all variables.  There is a lot to keep track of because everything has a effect or seems to when  precision reloading.

Starting with a good RCBS Rock Chucker Press was one of my better buys and twenty five plus years of reloading has proved it for me.
